Hi all,

It’s been a busy few months for both of us in terms of moving house and deadlines, but we finally have some concrete One Beat news to share for you all! First off, thank you so much to everyone who sent in submissions – there’s been an overwhelming response since our interview with VICE (which is here in case you haven’t seen it yet).

We’re still sorting some stuff out with various other people, but so far we can confirm that we’re going to distribute zines by:

Some of these will be ready for our first event on April 11th, at Nerd Hutch Small Press Expo in Newcastle, organised by the lovely Jack Fallows. We will be selling zines, the Sleater-Kinney anthology zine, Hot Topic tote bags and prints, and we will also be giving a talk and there will be a Q&A session before a screening of The Punk Singer.

Shortly after, we will be doing Record Store Day on the 18th of April at Gosh! Comics in London – Eleni Kalorkoti, Laura Callaghan and more to be confirmed will be painting in the windows and Sarah and I will be there with zines.

We will also be at the DIY Cultures Fair in London on the 24th of May. More appearances TBA!

AND! The Sleater-Kinney zine is aaaalmost done!
